Pitches, corrections, and reader notes are recorded through the same form for editorial review. If you are sending a story idea, keep it to a short outline and a couple of links to published clips so the editors can see how you report. If you are writing about something already published, name the piece and the detail you want checked. Nothing sent here is published without your permission.

Correspondence is read for fit with the sections the magazine runs, which are grouped by rhythm of trip rather than by country. A pitch that lands well may be considered for both the English and Spanish editions, since the Spanish edition carries the same pieces plus local notes.
No account, subscription, or saved profile is created when you write in. Messages are kept only for editorial review, replies, and follow-up on corrections or tips. If you want your note removed, request deletion using the contact details on this page.

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, subject, and message you submit. For a contributor pitch, the message can also contain an outline and links to published work. The form handler records the submission time, the source page, and the source page query parameters so the confirmation can preserve the context of the visit. The site does not create a user account or saved profile from a submission.
We use submitted information to review reader notes, contributor pitches, corrections, and follow-up questions. A pitch may be considered for either language edition. We do not publish a message or contributor proposal without permission, and we do not use contact-form entries to build advertising profiles.
The cookie notice stores a first-party browser choice so the notice does not keep reappearing. The project code does not use that choice to build an advertising profile or to activate analytics tracking. You can clear the stored choice at any time in your browser settings.
Contact-form entries are written to a private server-side submission log for editorial review. They are not displayed publicly by the site. We retain entries only as long as they are useful for editorial correspondence and record-keeping, then remove them. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by using the contact details on this page.
Submitting the form creates no account, subscription, member profile, or automatic publication agreement. The confirmation page only states that the site accepted and stored the submission; it does not promise a reply or editorial action.
